- To initiate an exchange for a damaged, missing, or wrong product, we require you to provide a proper unboxing video. This video should capture the entire unboxing process, from opening the sealed package until the damage or issue is clearly shown without any interruptions or edits.
4. Video Review Criteria:
- We will not entertain exchange requests without a proper unboxing video, or if the video does not demonstrate the issue, even if it is a major damage.
5. Submission Deadline:
- The unboxing video must be submitted within 48 hours after receiving the parcel. Failure to do so may result in the request being declined.
6. Shipping Label:
- If your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label to send the damaged item back to us.
7. Exchange Process:
- Once we receive the damaged item and verify the issue, we will initiate the dispatch of the replacement item. Please note that the availability of the same item for exchange may vary, and if it’s unavailable, you may choose an alternative item from our collection.
8. Refund Option:
- If no suitable replacement is available or if you prefer a refund, the refunded amount will be credited to your account with us.
